I see that the semifinals shall be played with territorial time, so I have a few questions about it: 1) is sea within your borders counted towards control, or only land? is it advantageous to make military buildings on the coast with such a win condition? IN the same light, is the "half the map" condition counting sea and land, or only land? In any case, I think it would be better if it only ccounted solid, buildable land, otherwise some maps with vast swates of water and/or lava, ice, swamp, may be unwinnable with territorial lord. 2) If you dismantle a military building, but you still keep the ground, the ground is still counted towards your score, isn't it? Also, I see a possible problem with the map "crossing the horizon": barbarians require iron to make ports, and not every island has iron, so there is a small but finite chance that a player with barbarians who dooes not know the map will lock himself without iron and without the possibility to make more ports and get to it. I know that many islands have iron and barbarians start with enough stock to last for a half dozen ports if they don't make a metal workshop, so it should not happen if players know what they are supposed to do; I just want to be sure that kristin is aware of the possibility. ![]() ![]() |

1) The calculation to get the fields is done here. Every field that is considered 'walkable' but not 'swimmable' counts - i.e. water does not, but snow (were you cannot build buildings on) does. 2) Yes. Every field that is owned by you (i.e. that is inside your borders) counts. ![]() ![]() |

That’s good to know, I was wondering about that, too, while translating. So it’s more “half of the land” than “half of the map”. Thanks for the clarification. Two is the oddest prime. ![]() ![]() |

I'm very sorry, but I am unable to play right now. My wife is in a hospital. Can't say what will be next, but hopefully she will be all right. Also my (unborn yet) son too. So for next weeks I can't say for sure that I can play or not play the tournament. It is hard, but not impossible If you believe in God or another "force", please pray for me, my wife and my son einstein13 ![]() ![]() |

I don't know of any building called "hospital". BUt you can try to put her into a military building and her hp should recover ![]() ![]() |
