I had another idea. Currently, we draw braces () around buildings name in the title bar, that are under construction. IMHO this is unnecessary. Why don't we use this braces generally to indicate whether a building is stopped or active. So buildings that are active/will be active after construction has finished have a yellow title without braces. Buildings that are stopped/will be stopped after construction has finished will have a grey text and braces. Top Quote |

No, please keep the braces exclusively for constructionsite windows so one can see whether it is a building or constructionsite while the window is minimized Top Quote |

Sound sane, need to see this in action though :). Top Quote |

I think both the radio buttons and the window title ideas have merit. I agree that having a unified UI is important. Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

I think what is needed to make the state clearer is toggle button instead of normal button. If the button is toggled/lowered the construction is ongoing, while a raised button means it is stopped. This is similar to real world power buttons. As for the icon a green (glowing) triangle is shown if it is ongoing and a grey one if it is stopped. Top Quote |
