Changes merged on 07.12.19 (https://github.com/widelands/widelands/pull/3481)

Edit: The doc page still shows the four old functions ware_target_quantity(), worker_target_quantity(), set_ware_target_quantity(), and set_worker_target_quantity(), which have been replaced with just two functions target_quantity() and set_target_quantity().

Found it... our server is still pulling the code from launchpad, so since switching to github there are no updates.

The launchpad site mentions it is an official mirror from the git repo, but i don't know if this is really true or how this works...
