my pc is now fixed. but i'm just about to leave for vacations...

i think the regular setup of fixed time to play was best. with it, i would have made time for the tournament. but with this, postponing is too convenient

Okay, see you next year or so for a possible final ; )

Maybe a mixture of both systems would be best, both have their advantages.

niEKTORy vs. hasifarmer on Full Moon, won by niEKTORy.

Unbelievable I did check my calcualtions the whole day and can't find any error so by my calculations Amazons l2 (2 Attack) against Barbarians l2 (2 evade) have a 77% chance to win a fight (meridian of 10000 fights).

I calculated that the amazonian win chance is 73% if the barbarians strike first. I've watched the replay and looked at the first 9 fights of this constellation, you won 5 of them which is bad luck but just a little bit. At the other hand many of your soldiers had been wounded in the loosing fights, or just l1.

However, those amazonian soldiers are supposed to be cheap in the late game and they don't matter that much because the level 10 soldiers are much more important. You had a very good economy and maybe you surrendered too early, who knows...

Somehow it felt even worse in hero fights where I felt I lost nearly every fight.

But in no way this should minimize the win of our opponents which was well deserved

Surrrendering too early is one of my specialities ;-), but thanks for the flowers
Honestly, I overlooked 5 heros behind the front which could have made a change, but when I found them I lost already a lot of troops. Furthermore I don't believe I could have stand up to 2 opponents that strong, cause my eco had 2 major flaws: bread and ironwood.

Well, I look at the replay this morning, and it is possible that you build a better economy than me. Maybe if you hadn't given up... But in other hand, after 2:20 playing, it become difficult to stay focus.
