Hello, Is there special conditions to put a Port place in the editor. Slops around it? Ground? (grassland, sand, ....) Distance (row and col) to the water ? Other condition? I did not find any information nor in the wiki, nor in the forum, nor in the help of the editor. La connaissance ne vaut que si elle est partagée par le plus grand nombre. |

Ports can be placed at a green (big) buildings spots. Water should be near. If the tool 'Portspaces' does not show any green buildings spot you might have to modify the map to get big buildings spots near the coast. Top Quote |

The proximity to water is the critical thing. The port is a big building, and additionally you need to find at least 1 node of open water when starting from the southeast neighbour of the southeast neighbour of the node in question and walking successively 1 field at a time in the following directions:

Hello, In fact, the problem came from the beach between grassland and sea. I changed the sand by steppe which is nearly same color and now I can put a Port in many places. Thank you all, for all. La connaissance ne vaut que si elle est partagée par le plus grand nombre. |
