After a second check I now realize that green position has an advantage due to being less blocked from the gold.
Therefore I decide that green position is forbidden for any player.

A very nice example of a clear matchplan. Reach Gold quickly. Deny opponents access to gold by placing a strategic castle. Use an error in gameplay to weaken the opponent. Use evry new feature provided. Disguise your real strength until the last moment.
Nicely played match using almost all strategic possibilities of widelands.

That was only an un-intended side-effect. I've build that one tower to be able to see the hostile settlement.

Disguise your real strength until the last moment.

The disguise was also a side-effect: of micromanagement-reduced training.

ok new round is up. this time it was hard to find pairings which have not played yet and where nobody has a second forfait. So I couldn't keep on strong vs strong and weak vs weak.
I hope this is ok for everybody.

OK I wrote a PM to the World about the next schedule.

Dont worry about the pairing, I am used to loose against WorldSavior, since a long time. Since we lost the King in Nowhere, he earned the new Title: "King of Tacttics" since quite some time. face-smile.png

Here are the widelands where people may dwell, walking around care that evrythings well.

The match of Hasi and me will be this friday, 18 CEST. Hasi plays west and I play east. Thanks for declaring the starting position in advance - this seems to be not something which can be taken for granted ; )

I might have come across a bug related to reindeer farms. They are supposed to generate meat. But if fur is not needed, they will not generate meat even if meat is needed.

The corresponding lua snippet is:

      make_fur_meat = {
         -- TRANSLATORS: Completed/Skipped/Did not start producing fur because ...
         descname = pgettext("frisians_building", "producing fur"),
         actions = {
            "return=skipped unless economy needs fur",
            "consume=barley water",
            "sleep=duration:15s",

         }
      },

Is this expected/desired? I could increase the demand for fur via economy settings. But then there are also make_fur lua programs executed that are undesirable for meat generation.
