I'm using a 14" display with 1600x1200 resolution. Tha main window is displayed OK. When I start the tutorial fonts and icons are so small they are hardly readable. Is there any way to make them larger?

More precisely: when I set 800x600 full screen mode it's OK. But in the windowed mode setting smaller resolution results in smaller window -- the size of font in pixels seems to be constant. I prefer I window mode with larger fonts (BTW: can I set font hinting etc?)

thanks in advance

12 years later I also have this problem - 13" laptop with 1920x1080 pixels. The font is too small to be read comfortably.

It would be nice if there was a way to increase the font size.

There is the Larger Fonts theme add-on. The original by @arch_stanton is for v1.1 (maybe works with 1.0 too?), and I updated it when I implemented font style handling for in-game texts too during v1.2 development. I've just uploaded another update that now works both with v1.2 and the latest development versions, but that's not reviewed yet.

It would be possible with the development version to increase the window title font size too, but that would require a nice wider version of the top border image, which is much more work, and I'm not really qualified artistically to draw it anyway.
