Here AGAIN for comparison are the existing stone and marble images (idle/menu) as PNGs and as they would appear in the game. Now the candidates for the iron, assuming the gold is acceptable: Now I would rank them (most favorite-to-least): 5,1,4,2,3 Edited: 2011-03-17, 22:54

1, 4 (though it's a bit too blue) :), 2, 3 Yeah, that's what you get for all you're trouble. Ask 10 people and end up with 12 opinions! As for "blue tint" I had something in mind like this or even less blue than that. BTW: The transparency still didn't make it when I grabbed your ingot, so this one is opaque. Ahhh... your last one came while I was looking up the markdown syntax.... that's it! (for my taste) 5,1,4,2,3 Chuck, you're the graphics elder for a reason. Honoestly; I don't care whidh one you choose. Edited: 2011-03-17, 19:33

Yes, 5 is better than 4 and can better be distinguished from stone than 1. So I rank them 5,1,2,(3,4) now. Two is the oddest prime. Top Quote |

It's 23 March, and as I stated in post #4618, the deadline for this discussion if we want to get any changes in for build 16rc.
So I will ready them to be pushed. I see little people. Top Quote |

Stone: Looks great but the outline of the atlantean and empire stone doesn't fit to the rest of the icons. I would remove it. Iron: I like the number 5 (Chuck's one) best. All in all really nice work! Top Quote |
