#3 is the previous image for comparison, #6 same camera angle with light and materials tweaked, #7 straight on in original orientation The green is too light in #7 for my tastes. That can be adjusted. There are unlimited possibilities for other staging. Comments? I see little people. Top Quote |

In #6 the colours seem very appropriate to me. Also the material with less and more evenly grain looks better than in #3. If you could change the colours in #7 to be a bit darker, it'd be finished for me. Top Quote |

I like 7 with the colors of 6. But could you try the view point for 7, but with a very slight angle, like 5-10 degrees? And I would suggest putting the shadow behind the logo - i.e. put the shadow plane parallel to the logo, but some few units behind. Also could you try 6 with moving the L closer to the W? Top Quote |

I think the colors in #6 look good. The W in #7 is too light, as you have already said. What I find a bit strange is that in the logo seen from the side (e.g. #6), the L is to the right of the W (or there is a rather large gap between those letters), while in #7, the L is centered. I have not followed the whole discussion, but are there reasons why you did it that way? And could you provide examples where it is the other way round? #7 again for reference, #8 with the lighter green and a more oblique light angle to accentuate the relief (i.e. deepen the shadows) I'll try to work up some of your requests. I see little people. Top Quote |

Number 7 is replicating the current 2D logo, but with the 3D models. I see little people. Top Quote |

7 is definitely the best so far, the colors and shadows are nice and crisp You need to shift the L upwards a tiny bit though, there's a green edge from the W visible at its top. Busy indexing nil values Top Quote |

I'd say #8 is great I prefer the darker green compared to #7. Also the lines in the L are visible more clearly. Top Quote |

Number 9 is my first response to SirVer's request. I think the lighting should be bumped up a little to better match the shades in 6. Here seeing the green of the W behind the L is unavoidable unless the two separate meshes merge into each other. I see little people. Top Quote |

There is subtle shading behind the W as it is closer to the shadow plane. The L is physically touching the W. I think we've homed in on the colors. What do you think? I see little people. Top Quote |
