Currently the Widelands-Installers are hosted on launchpad where downloads are quite slow. Since I have a v-server idling around, I'd like to offer to host the files. The subdomain dl.widelands.org or download.widelands.org could be pointed to my server. Also we don't need to send users to outer space any more
