my second attempt, and quite decently optimized. I still lost several minutes before i could start training, and before the dressmaker was working. but while i had excess rare woods in the end, it's still very hard to get their production started early on.
I'm sure 25 minutes is doable. Not much less, though.

here it is, 24:44.
could be shortened by at least 2 more minutes. it is very difficult to not waste products with the dressmaker, it tends to keep making copies of the same armor more than new ones. even in the few seconds it takes me to manually close the slot in the training glade, sometimes the dressmaker starts making the piece of armor that has just been consummed.
gold economy is also incredibly slow, even if you just need 3 pieces of it. to be expected from a people that knows very little about metals.

Wow, in my opinion, this is very close to perfection. The one with 24:44. I mean also by roads, gold production when it starts how the gold as itself goes through the economy.
Only thing im thinking about maybe is a second dressmaker if this could save like 10-17 seconds. Yes gold eco is slow, but also think it is good, so it gets more importance and they didnt know how to produce metal that time.

I tried with Frisians - 37:28. Its my first try but it's a bit funny, that they need double the time as an Atlantean (19 min)
Well, that's why I suggested once that their smith should need less XP.

New rules are official now:
-
build19 not allowed anymore
-
before the best time breaks a tie, the average time breaks the tie (arithmetical mean of the times).

And I fully appreciate that you don't hide your results, cause for me it is more fun in terms of competition even it may frustrate me. copyplaying isn't that easy either as I am not able to do it error free. I wouldn't mind anyway if you hide the replay and just send the result so we know how good our results are.
May be WorldSavior could do the same so just sending the savegame and result without the replay would give both of you a challenge probably
Idem ! It's really frustrating but like this I try to improve my games again ans again, even if I can't do better than you, so announcing my results... Anyway, if I improve my own time, I'm still saying it.

So let's try to be best of the rest of the rest perhaps.

oh, i see. replay ended because soldier was in dungeon, all i needed was wait, so i didn't make any further move. but if one give ok and unpauses, the replay keeps going, and the soldier is made at the same time. So, the replay is still legit.
As far as posting times, i know my only chance of winning would be to wait until the last evening to post my best times, because otherwise worldsavior won't stop trying until he beats them. And he will post his times only in the end. he did exactly the same in the economy tournament. but if he cares for winning so much, it's not something worth getting all hung up.
so, here it is: atlanteans 19:59. version 6762
It seems that it's not the good replay I try to view it but there is no hero here...

Often replays work only with exactly the same version. You could watch it if you have some windows machine somewhere where you can install ama6762. The link of that version is somewhere near the beginning of this thread here.

Not sure but I believe He tried to make a choke about the replay ending after 16:00 minutes or so. Crazy that after this time nothing else was needed to do.
