Having a special theme only for these few buttons that is used nowhere else would not look good IMHO.

I think replacing the yellow writing with something whitish could also look good.

White is too glaring, so it should be a bit softer to the eyes. Maybe like one of those?

I would rank the colors like this:

  1. top right
  2. bottom right
  3. bottom left
  4. top left
  5. current yellow

The ones on the left are a little too muted/grayish for my tastes, but not too bad. Something in between these and the current yellow might work, or a hint of orange for a more "golden" look.

I don't like the ones on the right, the text's color should not be similar to the buttons' color.

The bottom left one. It has a good contrast and i think visually handicapped people can read it the best.

Yep, bottom left for me too if we go for a separate button style for the main menu.

For me the text colour should somehow pick up the colours of the logo which might result in something similar to what niektory suggested
