I know that it is quite difficult to balance, its just the fact that almost every player plays atlantean steals the game a lot of potential. Imagine, we would have games where a player choses the Empire Tribe and wins against Atlantean, this year i havent seen 10% of games like this.

This is why I made the an empire strikes back map. Symmertric and fair in that sense, blatantly favors Empire (which seems to be least used), not particularly good for Atlanteans.

Another Idea what i thought about, we only have very extrem start conditions, like for Imperium 1 woodcutter or 6 I wish there was something in between like 3-4.

Trading Outpost, Haedquarters Village and Fortified Village all have almost the same conditions (like in wares, stone you have, 2 bakery and smelter tools,...)

For a flowing start i wish we have one condition like 3-4 woodcutter, 1/3 or 2/3 of the wares.

With wares its also funny, in all the low starts you have only 5-8 wood while on the hiogh starting conditions you have 40-60.

Why not something like 12-16 wood, on the one hand its almost clicking work placing 10 woodcutters every game i start an atlantean game and on the other hand its enormous hard if i have only 1 woodcutter with imperium to build all up.

We have the open dokument in another kind, like text form which you can simple use with the editor or textbased?

Probably it's not necessary to change the headquarters that drastically - it might be sufficient to implement the changes which I've suggested in the Thread "Balancing around the tempo tournament" in order to weaken Atlanteans and make Frisians stronger. https://www.widelands.org/forum/post/32983/

It is not forgotten and I will come back to this in some time when I'll find time to implement balancing changes again.

Indeed ... there are many more imbalances that needed to looked over and be adjusted

well, I didn't have time to format this properly to see the changes. However I won't change struggling outpost in the way described but we could discuss to potentially use this as a new SC with its own name and description.
So it would be helpful if you could provide them in a proper format to ease discussion.

I have edited the opening post to fix the formatting. A big -1 from me for the Struggling Outpost changes.
