You may be interested in http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7-8n-JXeegs This is a patched Widelands to run fine on a touchscreen instead of mouse. I made this patch for Maemo 5 (Nokia N900) and now ported it to MeeGo distribution. The patch is here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/widelands/+bug/579830

Very cool :)! Smoku, are you able to rewrite the patch, so you can select the way the control works via optionsmenu? It was already discussed in the linked bug report. Would be really cool, if yes - than we could finally come a bit closer for a Widelands mobile version. Cheers Nasenbaer
