No, that doesn't seem to be the problem. It still doesn't work with the particular image.

Astuurs avatar has an alternative text [Astuur] and this is necessary! You can add empty brackets [] but there have to be the brackets. Nevertheless it might be a bug that an (empty) alternative text is required.
