it´s there - to be able to colonize africa... as soon as the seafaring works, this land-bridge will be deleted |

Huge map, lot to conquer. Resources were nicely distributed, and map very well done considering the size of it. Widelands seemed to leak memory and ran out of 6GB after 24 hours of continuous play (gametime, not wall clock). Reloading from autosave only takes about 1.5Gb of ram, so have autosave on while playing this map... |

This is a marvelous map, but, most notably, Italy is somewhat clockwise-orientated. There are also small problems with Greece and the southern-west most part of the island of the Great Britain. But this is still a work of art due to the large scale and mostly accurate geographic features. |

Very nice and funny map. I played it with 7 comp opponents and won after 25 hrs gametime. Must be very funny to play it with other human players. (just needed up to 1.3 GB of ram after 25 hours playing it) |

Now, you can remove the land between the continents: the seafaring is implemented! |
