New Feature: tribe ware encyclopedia

Currently flodrian introduced another new feature to widelands: The "tribe ware encyclopedia".

This feature enables everyone, to lookup all available informations about a certain ware, in game. So if you wonder about a ware, you don't know, or don't know, what to do with this ware, this feature might be your answer.

You want to see it? Well there are two possibilities:

1. download current svn compile it and see it yourself.
2. Wait until our next release (we come nearer and nearer to it )
