Revision Differences of Revision 2

This page describes the usage of the wiki itself. ¶

## Main actions ¶
Above each wikipage you see on the right three green options: ¶

* __Edit this article__ - This opens the articel in editor mode. You have to be logged in to edit an article. ¶
* __History__ - Shows all revisions of this article ¶
* __Observe__ - Clicking on this and you will be e-mailed about changes on this article ¶

### Editing ¶
Checkout the WikiSyntax before you edit an article. ¶

The editor consists of four rows: ¶

1. __Title__ - The Title of the article ¶
1. __Content__ - This is the place, where the article could be editet ¶
1. __ PageSummary__ - Mandatory for first revision. This field should reflect the content in short words. Be descriptive as this is shown in the [list of all articles](/wiki/list) ¶
1. __Comment for this revision__ - Short description of your changes ¶

At the bottom is the possibility to upload an image. Please read section [Images](/wiki/WikiHelp#Images) of limitations and how it works. ¶

### New articles ¶
To create a new article, you have to be logged in. Now change the webadress in you browser like: ¶

Be sure to create an articlename as in the Example, do not try to name articles like "my new page" (with spaces). Those names are not catched by the Wikiparser and you have to use the syntax for external links to use them in other articles. ¶

The chapter [Editing](/wiki/WikiHelp#Editing) explains the fields of the editor.
You have to save a new created article befor you could upload images to it. ¶

### Images ¶

You could add images to an article, but be aware of: ¶

* There is currently no limitation in size! Be sure to upload only pictures that fits in size. Screenshots with a resolution of 1800x1600 are definetly to large. A maximum width of around 600 pixel is appreciated. ¶
* The image will be displayed in the same size as it is. There is NO way to make them displayd smaller. ¶
* Remember that not all picture types are sure to show up for everybody. To be safe use mainly .png, .jpg or similar, as these are most supported. ¶
* Pictures will NOT work for the Wiki if they contain a Space in the filename. ¶
* It is currently not possible for everybody to remove an image once it is uploaded, so only add images you know you need to use! ¶

To add an image in your article you must do the following: ¶

* Press _'Edit this article'_ ¶
* Add the code written to the right of the image you wish to show where you wish to show it. ¶
* Press _'Sichern'_ (save) ¶
* The image should now appear where you added the code.
