I've started work on the Low German translation and have a small problem with the leader name placeholders. In Low German it is common to abbreviate female names ending in a vocal, so Jundlina usually becomes Jundlin'. This does not apply if the name should end with a high cadence, for example at the end of a question or exclamation. So we have
This is similar to the problem with the different nominative/accusative forms raised in the PR. Not sure what would be the best way to disambiguate… Top Quote |

Well in all the functions we have a greeting which differs in word order and causes the problem in low German. So the easiest solution might be to change the word order of the gretting to fit with the reaction. As the greeting is very formal it might easily be repetitive. In fact the differences in word order were not chosen on purpose but just arbitrarily. Top Quote |
