Topic: Is the playing speed (fps) adjustable for animated terrain tiles?

I have not seen any statement to set this speed,
nor have I found what the current value is for
animated terrain (lava, water, ice_flows)
Are they hardcoded?
Can someone point me to the location in code? Can they be set individually for any animated terrain, or are they uniform?
Per world?

Any help is welcome.

I am on Win32, have no means to compile, and rely on prefabricated distributions (Thanks to Tino).
